With more than forty years of professional experience in the field of education, social services and mental health at both the National and local levels; Dr. Kimbrough is known as a high-performing operations management executive and entrepreneurial. She is a skilled strategist who transforms strategic plans into workable solutions both as a Corporate Executive and as an Educational and Health Care entrepreneurial. She has developed and managed multi-million-dollar budgets that supported a range of professionals and non-professional workers with diverse skill-sets. Her proficiencies have been acquired from the perspective of an employee as well as a business owner.
Chief Operation Officer
Geary Gunter is a seasoned professional that has spent over twenty years in Information Technology developing, implementing and managing teams that implement mission critical business analytic, compliance enforcement and health care systems. Mr. Gunter graduated from Howard University with a degree in Computer Based Information Systems. Upon graduation, he began his IT career working in financial services for Goldman Sachs, Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Consulting LLC, supporting clients such as the Environmental Protection Agency, Dept. of Treasury (IRS) and Office of Foreign Assets Control. He then spent four years at Thomas & Herbert LLC (T&H) supporting their Federal Health Care Practice and the Veterans Health Administration and was the Program Manager for T&H of their Department of Defense Mentor-Protégé Program with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. After leaving T&H Mr. Gunter went on to spend several years supporting commercial organizations with product and digital transformations.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Pius Bola Akinola is a highly accomplished, results-driven senior accounting and financial management executive with more than thirty-years of progressive experience in finance and operations management within start-ups and global multi-billion-dollar organizations. He was the founder of Intelligent Business Decision Corporation and M3L Corporation, that provided management consulting in Administrative, Logistics, Healthcare, IT, Personal and Corporate Taxes. His companies provided financial services to: Treasury Department, DoD (WHS – Pentagon), Department of the Navy, JC Global, LLC, S & S Healthcare Services, LLC, CQ2 Corporation, DEFCON Systems, Inc, TLC Care Services, Inc, Architectural Assembly, Inc, ARC Motorsports, LLC and DCR Management Services, LLC. Pius also served as Chief Financial Officer for Skyhawk Logistics, Inc., Auditor for Integrated Management System, both in Maryland.
Mr. Akinola holds an MBA degree from a Historical Black College/University. Pius is also a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
