Who We Are
Rare Diseases Matter Too is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting awareness of rare diseases amongst Black & Brown people and other minorities. Our mission is to facilitate health equity through the elimination of disparities in both treatment and diagnosis. We achieve this goal by providing education, awareness and resources specifically curated towards the minority population.
We works with government, researchers, clinicians and the health industry to promote research, better diagnosis, improved treatment and services for all rare disorders amongst the minority population.
